Your adventure begins with a warm welcome as I pick you up from Maun airport around lunchtime. We'll head into town for any last-minute shopping, then make our way to the lodge along the Thamalakane River. After checking in, relax by the pool and consider an optional low-altitude flight over the Delta to get a preview of our upcoming days. Tonight's dinner at the lodge's restaurant sets the stage for discussions about the fascinating ecosystem we'll be immersed in. Accommodations are in cozy en-suite chalets.
After breakfast, we journey north to the Khwai River and our camp. Lunch amidst nature awaits, and in the afternoon, we venture on a game drive along the riverfront, ending with a memorable sundowner. Back at camp, the sounds of the wild serenade us as we gather around the fire. (BLD)
